  • Serve as a Sales Support Contact for approximately 100 accounts
  • Personal interaction with Order Entry, Customer Service, QA, R&D
  • Customer and supplier relationship management
  • Coordinate and complete a variety of Internal and External documents including:
    • New Customer / Item Set Up
    • Product specifications
    • Packaging Specifications
    • Label / Packaging Design
    • Quality Assurance Forms
    • Customer Questionnaires
    • Standard Bid / Proposal Documentation
  • Setup and maintain / complete on-line data entry in customer portals
  • Manage sample requests
  • Manage Label and Artwork Design Processes as well as Item Development
  • Manage consumer communications (complaints, queries, requests, etc.)
  • Contracts track the internal approvals and manage the process from initiation through completion

Skill Set / Experience
  • A professional and confident personality
  • Able to communicate easily and clearly with clients, brokers, consumers, suppliers and internal operations
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and constituents at any given time
  • Experience in Retail / CPG
  • Experience in Private Label / Contract Pack
  • Experience in the following disciplines is important:
    • Project Coordination
    • Administrative Assistant
    • Customer Service

  • Intelligent Quick Learner Fast Study
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Independent but able to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional Communication Skills (Verbal, Written, Phone)
  • Persuasive, polite with good negotiation skills
  • Analytical be a Problem Solver with strong basic math skills
  • Comfortable, competent and adept with computer and computer tools
    • Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat
    • Order management system and customer data compilation portals
  • Art / Design background or aptitude familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or other similar package
  • General working knowledge of graphic design and process
