A Project Coordinator (PC) in the department will be primarily responsible for the duties and activities outlined below. The PC must be able to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Review and interpret site surveys
- Upload documents into internal and external systems/websites
- Order in-house manufactured materials
- Order and expedite missing or damaged materials to the job site
- Review and approve job completion photos
- Create and manage change orders
- Maintain internal systems and customer spreadsheets
- Process A/P invoices
- Administrative skills for binder/document creation
- Project Coordination experience preferred
- Bi-Lingual a plus
The candidate must be able to think quickly and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
