This position reports into the VP of Sales, and works closely with Marketing department, Equipment, R&D, Account Managers Training Department, Supply Chain, External and Internal customers. The Equipment and Packaging Project Manager is a key part of the leadership team. The purpose of this position is to manage all things related to packaging (product enhancements, innovation, supplier relations, procurement), manages third party manufacturing relationships, works with sales to resolve of? Eld issues related to quality, packaging system failures, instructional corrections, and packaging system enhancements as related to client and innovations. This position also manages and develops dispensing systems used by clients customers in ware-wash, laundry and housekeeping applications (i.E. Linen N Logic, etc.), is involved in new equipment innovation and manages the onsite 3 person equipment manufacturing team.
Innovation and modi? Cation of any dispensing equipment related to company involving exclusive parts or products in order to support sales.
Facilitator of marketing related production changes, line trials, alternate suppliers, and cost savings projects. Commercialization lead of private label products with contractors.
Key position in Speed to Market strategy in commercialization.
Leader for regulatory issues and projects related to packaging (i.E. UN testing, California Recycle, etc.)
High School diploma or G.E.D required (Bachelor s degree strongly preferred)
8+ years of relevant professional experience (preferably in a Project Management capacity within Marketing)
Ability to work cross functionally with teams to balance solutions and solve problems in accordance with budget, schedule and tools
Professional and effective facilitation skills - Should be able to facilitate group discussions
Ability to work in a fast paced environment Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and? Rm deadlines
