What Candidate Would Do:
Demonstrate and promote Company values of Integrity, People-Oriented, Partnership-Oriented, and a Positive Attitude with a Hard Work Ethic
Responsible for direct sales of products and services provided by Company to residential end users, contractors and other customers.
Facilitate and run various tradeshows throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Responsible for professional skills development by maintaining a high degree of product and industry knowledge through factory programs, product updates, technical information, Industry Associations/Agencies, codes, applicable Federal, State and Local laws/codes.
Maintain a high degree of ownership with customers and ongoing projects.
Maintain comprehensive digital files on current and future projects with project history. Maintain digital call reporting and customer contact lists with the ability to demonstrate time and territory management.
Prepare quotes based on technical specifications, present to customer and negotiate the terms of the sale.
Develop new and manage existing account relationships that will result in lasting sales, service and/or rental growth.
Meet sales objectives and targets.
Formulate call plans and conduct sales calls per plan to aid in the negotiation of the sale.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to manage appointments, customer interactions and account details.
Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment offered by Client Company.
Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new equipment.
Attend sales training, sales meetings, events and seminars.
Responsible for reviewing specifications, developing proposals and estimates are essential functions of the position.

What Is Required of the Candidate: 1-2 years of a proven sales experience.
1-2 years experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Understand the concepts of electricity and power.
Must demonstrate organization, computer skills, and self-discipline.
Be an articulate and effective communicator, both verbal and written, to be successful working with people who are highly skilled in this industry.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time management and negotiating skills is essential.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high volume of workload in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Must have a clean driving record, a company vehicle will be provided.
