Service department admin will service as an admin/project coordination assistant dealing with internal departments and vendors. Duties include:
Process sales orders, logistics planning, maintaining rental fleet (15 units max), project coordination

Experience with a CRM and accounting software (specifically MS Dynamics) are essential skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years in customer service
(Preferably in industrial or mechanical parts distribution)
Inside sales - processing sales orders via telephone and/or e-mail
  • Process all RGA (return goods authorization)
  • Must have the ability to read mechanical schematics visually identify mechanical components
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills including but not limited to: telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Computer proficient MS Office (MS NAV a plus)
  • Assist with picking and shipping parts as needed
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Pre-employment background check & drug screening required
