Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Access Entry (grow responsibility to input all data)
    • Drawing and assembly list
    • Approval/completion dates
    • Order entry
  • Create GA packages
  • Data Entry
  • Production review packages
  • Engineering personnel and job hour analysis
  • Scanning redline drawings and correctly name and file on shared drive.
  • Assist with development of SOP
  • Print Drawings
  • Assist with special projects
  • Assist and/or manage the creation of parts manuals.
  • AMB Editing in AutoCAD
  • Be back up for reception area
  • Help maintain and keep organized common areas.
  • Maintain proper documentation control and organization.
  • Receive, document and distribute any specification changes updating Bills of material. Filing spec changes on shared drive for future access.
  • Assist sales force by performing routine clerical and administrative functions
  • Organize and process engineering change requests per ISO standards
  • Other clerical and office support activities for the engineering department as needed.
  • Must be professional and able to work under high stress at a fast pace .
  • All other duties assigned by management
  • Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor
  • HS Diploma or GED required. Some College. Certificate, or Degree preferred.
  • Must possess and act on the ability to take the initiative seeking out ways to assist and help the team.
  • Effective, professional, and clear communicator on the phone and via email/fax
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize many things at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Basic office/administrative experience required
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • Job requires 90% Sitting. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and stand such as in tasks for filing and scanning.
