The company s focus is centrifuge equipment, including the award winning sludge thickener THK series. This company provides global service, repair and parts for all brands of centrifuges. We are currently seeking an experienced Admin/Production Planner to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for planning the production schedule.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal operations, engineering, and purchasing to fulfill customer requirements.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate schedule changes due to material, operational or inventory challenges.
- Determine materials needed to cover production requirements
- Develop, update and maintain data for ERP/planning system
- Develop, maintain and communicate regular project status updates to the business
- Address project issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Contribute to the development of best practices in planning, operations and maintenance
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- 2 years of experience ERP & CRM Systems
- Experience reading mechanical and electrical drawings and bill of materials
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Possess the ability to handle responsibility and occasional high work-loads
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask
- High School Diploma/GED
$18 - $20 per hour
