- A client of ours located is searching for an administrative assistant.
- Assist manager and 2-4 additional personnel in day to day activities.
- Work directly with customers and vendors.
- Answer phones.
- General filing and organizing duties.
- Taking dictation, creating reports.
- Preparing material for meeting including set up.
- Other administrative duties as requested.
- $12-15/hr. depending on experience.
- Temp to hire positions located in Burlington, WI.
- Minimum 2+ year’s office professional experience.
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
