  • A client of ours located is searching for an administrative assistant.
  • Assist manager and 2-4 additional personnel in day to day activities.
  • Work directly with customers and vendors.
  • Answer phones.
  • General filing and organizing duties.
  • Taking dictation, creating reports.
  • Preparing material for meeting including set up.
  • Other administrative duties as requested.
  • $12-15/hr. depending on experience.
  • Temp to hire positions located in Burlington, WI.



  • Minimum 2+ year’s office professional experience.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Positive self-starter.
