  • Assist office personnel in day to day activities.
  • Answer phones and direct where necessary.
  • Correspond with client via email, fax, phones etc.
  • Process orders from clients and ensure computer accuracy.
  • Work with client regarding various questions and concerns.
  • General filing and organizing duties.
  • Data entry and formula/table creating using Microsoft Excel..
  • Other general office tasks as delegated
  • 1st shift, temp to hire positions.
  • $10-13/hr.

 

 

  • 2+ years administrative/clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office is required.
  • Strong MS Excel skills required.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Positive self-starter.
  • Recent college grads with good computer skills encouraged to apply!
