  • Assist office personnel in day to day activities.
  • Perform accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Responsible for invoicing and payables.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Create reports as assigned.
  • General ledger entries and reconciliation.
  • Answer phones and take messages when necessary.
  • General filing and organizing duties.
  • Data entry and formula/table creating using Microsoft Excel.
  • Other general office tasks as delegated.
  • Full time, temp to hire position.
  • $10-15/hr.



  • Accounting education preferred. 
  • Stable work history and proven reliability.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Good phone etiquette.
  • High energy, solid work product, capable of managing multiple assignments to completion in fast paced environment.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
  • Candidates with a solid work history with minimal gaps in employment will be granted first consideration.
