Administrative Assistant - Part Time
Manage personal orders desk.
Process orders from clients via phone and email.
Enter orders in company database and confirm accuracy.
Assist office personnel in day to day activities.
Correspond with client via email, fax, phones etc.
Work with client regarding various questions and concerns.
Data entry and formula/table creating using Microsoft Excel.
Other general office tasks as delegated
2+ years administrative/clerical experience required.
Customer service experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office is required.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
